Starting a community garden from scratch.

Starting from scratch on a dry piece of land with piles of green waste, where do we start? Fencing off the area and building beds that's just the physical stuff, there has been so much happening behind the scenes to get this project up and running.

We are so fortunate to have dedicated volunteers sourcing materials, writing funding applications & consent forms.

Many community projects are all about building relationships with the community the project will support, Grow Wānaka is a fantastic example of this. There have been so many wonderful connections made with our incredibly generous community.
